Ninja Gaiden II is an action-adventure video game developed by Team Ninja and published by Microsoft Corporation in 2008. It is the sequel to Ninja Gaiden and was released worldwide for the Xbox 360 in June 2008. A sequel, titled Ninja Gaiden 3, is currently in development for the Playstation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360.
